To offer education and training that will ensure student success in becoming licensed and employed in the barbering industry.

Program Overview

The Barbering program is designed to prepare students for employment as restricted barbers or barbers and to successfully complete the Florida Barber License Examination. Instruction and learning activities are provided in a laboratory setting using hands-on experience with tools and chemicals appropriate to the program content and in accordance with safety and sanitation practices in the trade. This program requires full-time enrollment.
