Informative and interesting class about various aspects of real estate. This course provides information concerning types of financing contracts, ownership rights and deeds. It also covers real estate practices such as appraising, investment analysis, property management, buying and selling.

This is the state required course to become a licensed salesperson and is also a good course for basic real estate knowledge.
