Program Content / Objectives

Part 1 - Broker Management
30 Hours

The course is designed to aid new brokers in planning and organizing a brokerage firm. Helpful policies of recruiting and hiring associates plus personal growth as a manager are covered. Training in escrow reconciliation and proper requirements of law is included. This is a required course for all broker licensees by first renewal.

Part 2 - Investment Analysis
30 Hours

This course utilizes a financial calculator to explore the principals and practices of different types of real estate investments. Required course for all broker licensees by first renewal.
