Program Content / Objectives

This is a skill-oriented course based on the accomplishment of specific objectives to acquire a driver license, to improve knowledge of the traffic laws of Florida, and/or develop an understanding of the participant’s role as a driver.

Participants must be at least 15 years old and have the ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.

To become a licensed driver in the state of Florida, an individual must apply to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and pay all required fees.
