School Advisory Council

Lively Technical Center is served by a school advisory council comprised of community and business leaders, faculty, and staff. The purpose of the School Advisory Council is similar to that of the program advisory committees except that it deals with the overall function of the Center. It advises on the development and implementation of the School Improvement Plan.

Program Advisory Committees

Each department at the Center maintains contact with private industry through a program advisory committee that is comprised of competent and respected business and industry leaders. These leaders assist the faculty in producing quality graduates in specific occupational fields. Program advisory committees also contribute significant input regarding current employer/industry needs.
